“At Kearney, we don’t do things to the client. We do things with the client.”
Rahul Anand knew early in his career that he wanted to work in procurement—and that he wanted to do that work alongside the best supply chain consultants in the world. “Kearney has always been the market leader in procurement and supply chain consulting,” he says. “I’m very happy to be a part of that team.”
Rahul now serves as a partner based in Dubai, where he still works predominantly in supply management and procurement, mostly focused on the defense and healthcare sectors. In his work with public- and private-sector organizations in the Middle East, Rahul has an opportunity to see firsthand the broader impact of his work at Kearney. “One of the things that really excites me about the work I do is that we create a tangible impact,” he says. “We’ve been working a lot in institution-building and building new operating models. Helping governments and organizations look at ways for creating that change and making that really tangible impact is something that really drives me.”
Keeping with Kearney’s tradition of excellence, Rahul makes sure that he is always providing his clients with the expertise and capabilities necessary to create the change and tangible impacts they’re seeking—and the valued partnerships they’ve come to rely on when working with Kearney. “We’re not going to leave you midway with a pile of paperwork. We’ll actually do it with you,” he says. “At Kearney, we’re about making things happen.”
