Project Description:
Transformation lead for one of the UK’s largest professional services businesses (£2.5M project), reporting directly to Exec Board members. Surit developed the blueprint process design for MI and reporting through client leadership workshops; this included designing the business reporting calendar, MI and planning operating model and systems requirements, leading on to managing a series of workstreams to transform finance and reporting processes and implement systems for financial MI and planning using BOARD MIS (an EPM tool). Surit implemented leading practice professional services MI reporting and managed stakeholders including reporting to Steering Committee (made up of Exec Board members), Finance Partners and Divisional FD’s. The client operated SAP ERP and BW. Surit managed a team of 12 people.
