Recently worked on a project for a century-old global FMCG major on a turnaround project (cost optimization- ZBB) from the demand side (Advertising, SWB).

Headed the project of a JV business plan for a food-tech startup in the GCC market, primarily the KSA market. Also, worked with the UAE government on the setting up campus of a leading global B-school in Abu Dhabi

Last Project: Senior Strategy Consultant (External), PATH. Independently driving key workstreams of global benchmarking and simulation models with veteran McKinsey partner and a team of ex-McK, Bain senior folks for PATH India on the strategic roadmap for improved availability of medical oxygen in response to COVID-19 in 13 Indian states

Strategized the turnaround (cost optimization & pricing) of $1.4M+/Quarter for an entire division (30k+ employees) for a global TMT (IT) major and the yearly projections for the entire firm (1.5 lac+ employees)

Worked with a Dubai-based PE-backed firm and spearheaded end to end initiatives in multiple francophone nations by the transformation in the Fintech domain of the Government taxation system, product development, solutions for escalated revenues
