I hold a Masters degree In Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Accounting. I'm a certified PMI PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner. I worked for international and regional strategy and business consultancies (McKinsey & Company in UAE) and (iHorizons in Qatar).
I worked for large governmental and private organizations in Australia, Jordan, Qatar, UAE and KSA. I have a strong experience in the business analysis, business and program/project management, with emphasis on program/project management of large-scale multi-user business information systems in the Financial / Banking, Human Resources, Retailing / Distribution, and Telecommunication fields. I also managed and worked on programs and projects in Health, Education and Utilities (Water Sector).
Throughout my Utilities (Water Sector) experience in Jordan, I lead a team to develop and geographically promote and roll-out performance monitoring practices of public and private water utilities. I completed a training course on Regulatory Impact Analysis at London School of Economics (LSE) and coordinated, built and managed relationships with many stakeholders (internal within Jordanian water sector, and with other related organizations and ministries in Jordan, Donors, International technical assistance experts from UK, local experts, lawyers, …etc).
I have strong experience in establishing and managing ecommerce, hospitality and medical entities in Australia. That gave me a great valuable experience in customer facing and handling.
I have excellent business writing, reporting, presentation, planning skills and did regional research studies related to organizations’ performance measurement, analysis and benchmarking.
I've lectured Project Management, Organizational Behavior and Operations Research (2) within the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, and did research studies related to organizations’ performance measurement, analysis and benchmarking.
