We worked on developing a governance framework for times of recessions and economic crisis. My role was to research global benchmarks and join focus groups to better understand different crisis response frameworks globally.

We were developing the strategy for a creative district to be built. My role was first around detailing case studies on local, regional, and international benchmarks. Second, it was around supporting in developing a survey and joining focus groups to better understand the demand, supply, and challenges of the creative sector. I also worked on the demand and supply module by going through content provided by the client as well as desktop research to better understand the market. Lastly, I supported on developing specific targets and KPIs for the strategic objectives.
