Saj is an international PMO Principal Consultant that helps major service providers successfully formulate and execute their strategic plans by resolving the struggle between Tradition, Turnaround and Transformation.

He is a certified at the International Project Management Officer Expert level (IPMO-E) with a proven track record in building and mobilising Transformation Management Offices (TMO) in the UK and Saudia Arabia. An advisor, consultant, and trainer to c-suite executives, he ensures the delivery of benefits is understood by all stakeholders and is delivered utilising all available resources efficiently and effectively.

Able to stand out due to his 'can-do attitude coupled with an energetic and influential leadership style, operating at a senior level to manage complex change initiatives. He combines strategy, portfolio, and change management expertise and has led EPMOs at a senior-level in organisations with £1bn+ budgets.

Saj founded The Oversight Office Ltd to help C-suite executive teams to create new, or revive their existing PMOs, and better govern, assure and deliver their change portfolios, alongside business as usual. He is hands-on himself with his support to the leadership and management teams to sponsor and lead their portfolios, through robust data insights, careful planning and a relentless focus on financial and non-financial benefits realisation.
