So I switched… The path to transforming effectiveness of companies leads through a holistic approach to tech, product & process, org design, leadership and culture. Piotr is a tech product delivery director, transformation leader and an enterprise Agility coach. He has got 10 years of experience of leading digital, technological and agile transformations both from internal and external positions. Having started his career in IT technology, developing backend systems, Piotr gradually shifted into scaled digital software product delivery, shaping digital organizations in periods of rapid growth and leading Tech and Agile transformations, helping organizations be pragmatic and effective, adopt the Agile mindset and reveal the potential of their employees in order to achieve competitive advantage and effectiveness. For the past 2 years Piotr has been an independent advisor for clients like Roche, Volkswagen, Boehringer Ingelheim and Allegro. He has been co-leading a tech transformation and delivery program of the internationalization effort of the biggest central european e-commerce platform, allegro.pl. 2 years earlier he was an Enterprise Agility Coach within McKinsey Digital. As a part of various McKinsey teams he designed and implemented agile and product transformations for enterprise scale customers in banking, telco and technology across Europe. He played multiple full-time leadership roles including IT Director in e-commerce company, Head of PMO in technological company, Head of Agility in fintech company. As a Technical Program Manager in a software house, he delivered a multimillion program of building the first web-based platform
