Led performance management efforts across a national ecosystem for a GCC government’s ambitious socio-economic development plan, producing high-profile quarterly/annual reports developed for the country’s most senior leadership. Supported the nation’s prestigious strategic management office on initiatives regarding overarching strategy, governance, entity enablement, and project implementation. Helped senior clients set internal strategic priorities; shaped ecosystem governance; enabled ecosystem entities’ execution of initiatives; and analyzed and evaluated national strategies ahead of review by the country’s supreme council. • Strategic transformation. Executed extensive baselining and global benchmarking exercise, and designed a detailed target operating model to support the transformation of an interior ministry with a focus on its training and education ecosystems. Contributed to launch of three-year refresh of an existing strategy for a GCC tourism ministry. • Culture change. As co-lead of Women@BCG’s retention pillar for the Middle East offices, I launched a retention survey to analyze why women leave consulting and how to improve their experience so they stay. I co-organized a townhall event with female consultants and managing directors to further explore retention issues and worked to develop initiatives to strengthen Women@BCG and enhance the female experience in the Dubai office.
