Bio Summary

Keith is a management consultant with over twenty years of professional experience. His functional specialisms include strategic planning, organisation design and development, operating model development, performance management, change management and large-scale programme management. He works with government, private, and NGO sector clients. He has worked in Asia Pacific (Afghanistan, Cambodia, Samoa, Thailand and Australia), Africa (South Africa and Sierra Leone), and Europe (Moldova, Germany and the UK). In 2021 he led organisational reviews for the Government of Samoa to align the operating models of two Ministries with their strategy and operating environments. From 2019-2020 he led the development of strategic plans for a government department and an international NGO in Cambodia whilst developing methodologies on performance management and change management for the government of Moldova within a World Bank-funded programme. From 2013 to 2017 he worked on behalf of the governments of Afghanistan and Sierra Leone, leading teams in the development of strategic plans and organisational and governance re-designs within the respective Ministries of Finance. Keith’s approach is to combine technical knowledge with participatory processes to maximise sustainable impact for beneficiaries.
