I work with clients to fully understand the impact of digital on their business and set priorities that will shape and transform vision into value. I have shaped IT/Digital strategy and Target Operating Model design, business case and solution design, architecture and technology strategy as well as evaluating how clients are using disruptive technologies and new models of working to gain competitive advantage.

o Infrastructure High Speed Transport - Owned end-to-end definition and delivery of the IT Strategy and Technology Roadmap development. Contributed to a client by initiating Technology Transformation through supporting the redesign and delivery of collaboration services via a Level 2/3 IT Operating Model while making sure alignment with IT Strategy. Led defining the approach and framework for IT Governance by engaging with client through interviews, running workshops and presenting back recommendations to CIO and IT leadership. Developed technology value creation use cases (e.g. machine learning, digital twin, IoT) across the construction lifecycle and their value propositions. Presented on the role disruptive technologies would play in the future, impacting on business operations and asset management. o Large mobile telecommunications infrastructure provider - design and development of Global IT Operating Model. I led the process for Current State Assessment of the IT Capability, its Operating Model and alignment with IT Strategy by gathering data through interviews with key stakeholders from the IT and business as well as reviews documentation. Led the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) Framework approach to understand current processes within IT. Performed assessment and analysis using IT CMF (IT Capability Maturity Framework) to understand gap and opportunities between current and target capability state of IT function. Identified requirements for future state Operating Model based on findings and designed blueprint for Future IT Operating Model, including a relevantly sized functional model and governance structure. o EY EMEA Energy Innovation team - Led the full process of creating first EY document on 'Power and Utilities perspective on Blockchain' - first thought leadership document on blockchain in Energy Sector published by EY. Process included interviewing key internal stakeholders, attending Blockchain-Energy events and engaging with external stakeholders to get the full perspective on technology's potential within Energy sector. o EY Ventures - developed business case for go-to-market proposition for Peer to Peer Energy trading platform - Conducted market sizing, key industry issues, company research (key market players), customer demand, key players and technical research on Peer to Peer Energy ecosystem. Presented on the role disruptive technologies play in the future and their potential impact on solution and wider market. o Multinational telecommunications, information technology, and consumer electronics company - Reviewed current state assessment work performed by Client and identify potential gaps on Business Application function as part of the IT. Conducted interviews and perform additional data collection with key Business Application Function Stakeholders. Alignment of target operating model design principles, vision and maturity level to wider IT and corporate strategy and vision as well as aligning on long term operating model strategy that enables incremental evolution into the future. o UK Electricity Intermediary - led a product team to incubate new market-leading foundation platform built on Salesforce, an initiative which was critical for the client to achieve their long-term vision and strategy. Performed fit/gap analysis and benefits of migration to Salesforce. Supported the client to shift from zero agile capability to a position where agile ways of working were firmly embedded and teams were rapidly delivering incremental value. o Global EY Power and Utilities team - Worked directly with Power & Utilities Global Sector Leader and Strategy and Operations Leader on setting strategy for P&U sector for FY18/19. Developed automated model for revenue reporting across Global Power and Utilities sector at EY - across different geographies and service lines. Report used as single source of truth for Global Sector Leaders for measuring success and setting strategic future goals. o Central Government Department - A strategy project designing and implementing 'no deal' contingency plans. I designed and developed a Query process managing over 400 suppliers for the department and the Treasury. He then helped to develop and implement contingency plans and designed a survey sent to all companies in a key sector operating in the UK. I also conducted account calls communicating with key stakeholders including global trade associations, regulatory bodies and other parts of the Government to mitigate concern across the no-deal planning efforts.
