I have 13+ years of experience, specializing in design and enablement of operating model for Finance, inclusive integrational aspects to Procurement and HR (as part of overall business transformation). In particular, my expertise lies in Shared Service Centers and BPO area.
In all projects till date (30+) I acted as Subject Matter Expert in processes and organizational design, considering ERP implementation (SAP - FICO, SD, MM, PS). I have also hands on experience in Data Management.
From geo-perspective, I worked for Clients across European Union, Russia and Kazakhstan, USA, as well as Middle East (KSA, UAE), within private and governmental sector.
