I have 18+ years of increasing responsibility within information technology, covering areas such as project, program and both implementation and governance of global IT and business PMO functions. Both as employed management consultant and as head of global functions, building and managing IT project and program management offices.

Creating and developing high functioning teams and delivery structures is a strong personal and professional interests, my background involves hiring everything from senior delivery managers, portfolio and project managers and management consultants. I stand for a pure non-silo thinking and believe that no organization can survive for long in today’s business context without first breaking down its internal barriers to realize common goals.
