Bob has more than 20 years international work experience. He has built vast experience and expertise from a strategic, innovation, and business & policy development perspective.
He is a former PwC Strategy & Innovation Director and serves on several boards as (vice) president. He has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and founded 2 businesses, co-founded an online start-up, and an online medical platform. He worked for semi-governmental organizations as well as large MNC’s. He worked for over a decade in the technology sector and is passionate about digitization and the application of AI across organizations. Also, through his work he gained extensive experience in talent development, partnership development, and always aiming for the highest standard of quality.
He is a great communicator and builds long-lasting relationships internally and externally. Through this, he manages quickly to get to the core of organizational challenges and develops sustainable solutions while keeping aligned with the Board’s desires and strategic goals.
Bob holds a dual BBA from the UK & International School of Economics Rotterdam, a MA in Marketing from Radboud University, The Netherlands, and an EMBA with the Quantic School of Business and Technology (USA). He has completed multiple executive management programs at leading institutes such as INSEAD, RSM, MIT, and Oxford. He is married and lives with his family wife and 2 boys, in the UAE since 2013.
